My name is Jason Loweke. I am a Qualified Builder with 25 years of experience and formal industry training in every aspect of home building.
In 1994 I completed a formal apprenticeship in NSW in carpentry with an old fashioned, traditional carpenter specialising in traditional building methods.
In 1996 I completed formal training for my builders license and have spent my career involved in residential, commercial and industrial building in a full array of roles always keeping ahead of new technology and up-to-date with Australian Standards.
The LevelMaster System
WA Restumping started using the LevelMaster system when they first opened for new build foundations on Bearer and Joist floor systems.
Any house with a Bearer and Joist floor system (as opposed to a concrete slab) has stumps under it. As timber stumps are only guaranteed for a 3 year period and are buried below ground level, they often deteriorate and allow the weight of the building to sink into the ground.
Depending on the site drainage and soil condition will depend on how quickly the stumps deteriorate. Most of the time we don’t generally have to replace all the stumps and often can just replace perimeter and internal load bearing stumps. This is where our formal building training and experience becomes critical to the project.
A lot of the houses we restump were doomed for demolition by other builders in cases where a renovation or extension was the customers plan, but we were able to give the original building a fresh start to another future with our work.
I have a strong passion for restoration of traditional built homes enjoying the privilege of keeping the craftsmen’s product of the house he built continuing to stand in a salute to his hard work.
I have completed foundation restoration works to government owned heritage listed buildings in various shires around WA.
I also remove and replace timber flooring where required keeping to original aesthetics. A lot of houses in the Perth area have a limestone foundation which we have also removed and replaced with LevelMaster stumps, it is similar with brick pier foundations. Anything holding up a timber constructed Bearer and Joist flooring system can have the LevelMaster system applied.
The process is efficient and professional. I pride myself on presentation, professionalism and reliability with a strong sense of old school morales and values. Hence the slogan ‘Experience. Integrity.’ in my logo.

In the past, house stumping or house restumping can take up to 3 weeks to completely level a house. WA Restumping can get your house level in less than half the time.
HEIGHT MATTERS
Height with traditional house re-stumping/ house leveling and house raising is 50mm. Level Master’s galvanized house stumps have a max height of 120mm of adjustment due to their unique design.
